This gold ear cuff is hand made from 9ct Gold and is 10-12mm in diameter. There is no need for a piercing, the wide gap that can be adjusted to fit around most ears.

Gently make gap as wide as you need to fit over ear and then once in place, gently squeeze closed until you get the desired fit.
