This cool little skull is available as a single or a pair with a bioflex labret bar or a standard earring post with butterfly back so you are not restricted on placement.

- Bioflex labret bar: 1.2mm / 16 gauge
- Sterling Silver post & Butterfly back: 0.7mm / 21 gauge
The 1.2mm (16 gauge) x 8mm flat backed bioflex bar could go in your tragus, conch, cartilage, medusa, helix.
The 0.7mm (21 gauge) silver post and butterfly back would go in your earlobes or cartilage.
