Once the order has been received by us, Every order is made especially for you and will be shipped to the address you specified at the checkout process.

  • For international orders, please be aware of any customs fees or VAT you may be required to pay from your government. Midwinter Hollow has no control over fees you may have to pay for importing goods into your country, and is not responsible for paying these fees should you be charged.
  • Midwinter Hollow has no control over items held up in customs.
  • Any estimated shipping time frames do not take into account any delays caused by shipping companies or service and weather disruptions.
  • With some products the production time is additional to shipping estimates. Please read the product description for production time (The time it takes to hand make the product from start to finish, ready for shipping).
  • Shipping estimations are based on business days and do not include bank holidays or weekends.


It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a complete and correct shipping address.
Please specify at checkout if your shipping address is different from your billing address.

Once an order is complete and has been shipped, it is not possible to change the address.

Tracking Your Shipment

UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class.

International orders (orders going outside the United Kingdom) will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked Shipping. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping email to the email address you supplied.
The Shipping email will provide you with information about the order, shipping date and tracking number if applicable.
If you created an account with us, you will be able to get the tracking information by logging into your account and visiting the My Account section
